1. Your visit to our website
We only process your IP address, the name of the file(s) retrieved via this IP address, the time of retrieval, the amount of data transferred and whether the retrieval was successful. This data is only used to administer and / or optimize our website. Your IP address will be stored for seven days and will then be anonymized.

Further processing of the above-mentioned data in a non-anonymized manner will only take place if we detect an attack on our technical infrastructure that is launched by or via your IP address and detected within seven days after first storage of your IP address.

The processing mentioned above is necessary for our purpose to provide our website dgrv.coop and the information included on DGRV, our activities and the cooperative system. Such processing is legally based on point f of Art. 6 (1) GDPR.

2. Contact and communication
You can contact us by e-mail by using a direct link. The data you provide to us (e.g. your name and your e-mail address) will be stored and processed for the purpose of processing your enquiry and to contact you or answer your questions. In this case, the processing of your personal data provided to us is based on your consent given to us (point a of Art. 6 (1) GDPR). Data will not be passed on to third parties.

3. Your data protection rights as a user of our website
3.1 Every user has the right to request information on if DGRV has stored personal data and which data DGRV has stored (Art. 15 GDPR), the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), the right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). In the case of the right to request information and the right to erasure, the restrictions pursuant to Articles 34 and 35 of the German Data Protection Act (“Bundesdatenschutzgesetz”, BDSG) apply. In addition, there is a right to lodge a complaint to a data protection authority (Art. 77 GDPR, Art. 19 BDSG).

3.2 Revocation of granted consents
You can revoke any express or implicit consent you have given us at any time and with effect for the future. Any previous processing of data based on your consent remains unaffected by the revocation.

In order to process your revocation, we need to store your personal data provided to us by exercising your right of revocation (address, e-mail address etc.).

3.3 Information on your right of objection under Art. 21 DSGVO
a. You have the right to object, at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data based on point e or point f of Art. 6 (1) GDPR.
b. We do not intend to use your personal data for unsolicited direct marketing. However, as a precautionary measure, we would like to inform you about your right to object at any time to such processing of personal data for direct marketing.
c. If you object to any of the above, we will no longer process your personal data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Please note that in order to process your objection, we need to store your personal data provided to us by exercising your right of objection (e.g. name, address, e-mail address).
